RossMari manufactures bed bases with a focus on structural stability, engineering precision and consistent quality. The production process is organized as a sequence of specialized stages – from raw material preparation to assembly, surface treatment and final packaging. Each step is designed to ensure a product that performs reliably and durably over time.

The entire process takes place in our own production facility located in the village of Zamfirovo, covering an area of 5,800 m². This allows us to maintain full control over all key manufacturing stages.

Woodworking and preparation processes

• Precision cutting and calibration of wooden components
• Drilling of technical openings according to each specific model
• Shaping of slats and base elements for stable and even support

All woodworking operations are performed using modern machinery, ensuring high accuracy, minimal tolerances and consistent repeatability.

Laminated wood and structural components

Part of the load-bearing and functional elements are produced from laminated bonded wood in a dedicated production area. The controlled lamination process provides enhanced structural strength, even load distribution and long-term resistance to deformation.

Precise control over shape, strength and dimensional accuracy is essential at this stage, as it directly affects the long-term performance and reliability of the bed bases.

Processing of metal profiles and components

Metal structures and mechanical components are manufactured in a specialized facility for metal profile processing. Automated and precision machines are used to ensure dimensional accuracy, repeatability and stability of each element.

This stage is particularly critical for the correct operation of mechanisms, especially in adjustable and motorized bed base models.

Powder coating line

After processing, metal components pass through a powder coating line. This process provides an even and durable surface finish, protecting the metal against corrosion and wear while contributing to the refined appearance of the final product.

The powder coating technology is selected for its long-lasting performance and compliance with modern quality and environmental standards.

Assembly and final inspection

Each bed base undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure correct operation and readiness for long-term use.
