The project of Genomax Ltd. includes the implementation of the following activities:

1. Development and implementation of “green” models of work organization tailored to the specifics of individual workplaces within the company. Preparation of “green” maps for organizing work processes at specific workplaces. Training of the target group aimed at introducing “green” models of work organization.
2. Provision of collective protective equipment.
3. Provision of social benefits for employees.

1. Improving the environmental sustainability of the working environment within the company by developing and implementing “green” work models and “green” maps for organizing work processes.
2. Improving working conditions and achieving a healthy and well-adapted work environment that takes into account health risks, through the provision of collective protective equipment.
3. Enhancing employees’ work capacity, productivity, and motivation through the provision of social benefits.
