The System Flex Praktik Option G bed base combines the adaptive flexibility of the System Flex construction with the practicality of the Praktik mechanism and the added comfort of head elevation. Made from high-quality multilayer beech wood, the frame provides stable support and proper performance for double-sided mattresses, including models with a “Bonell” spring system.

The flexible slat system allows the mattress to adapt naturally to body movement, while ensuring good ventilation and long-term comfort. The bed base features three comfort zones, with targeted support in the lumbar zone through adjustable double slats (Option P). Noise-reducing slat holders ensure smooth and silent operation during everyday use.

Thanks to the integrated Practic mechanism, the model provides convenient lifting and easy access to the under-bed space, making it suitable for storing bed linen, blankets, and personal belongings.

Option G – Head Lift

Option G is an 11-position manual mechanism that allows smooth and stable elevation of the head and upper body.
The lifting angle supports the spine from the lumbar area upward, providing a comfortable position without causing strain in the neck — a common issue when using pillows alone.

The option is suitable for reading, relaxation, watching TV, or maintaining a semi-upright position in cases of acid reflux or discomfort in the upper spine. The mechanism is seamlessly integrated into the frame construction, preserving stability, durability, and silent operation.

Option P – Lumbar Firmness Adjustment

Option P includes three double slats positioned in the lumbar zone, equipped with sliding regulators for adjusting firmness.

This system allows:

Adjustment between softer and firmer support
Improved lower back support
Proper spinal alignment during sleep
Individual adjustment in cases of discomfort or tension

In double bed bases, each side can be adjusted independently.
